Mental Health Counseling

A Clinical Mental Health Counselor (RCMHCI-MS) provides professional, evidence-based support to help individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. As a RCMHCI-MS, Jessica works with clients to develop personalized treatment approaches, build coping strategies, and support long-term mental and emotional well-being in a safe, confidential setting.

This integrative approach to longevity and vitality is grounded in clinical mental health training, nervous system regulation, and years of experience supporting individuals through emotional stress, life transitions, and healing work. This approach recognizes that overall vitality is influenced not only by biology, but also by chronic stress, emotional patterns, and the state of the nervous system.Mind Body Spirit Longevity and Vitality Therapy focuses on restoring balance by calming the nervous system, strengthening emotional resilience, and supporting the body’s natural regenerative processes. Sessions may incorporate guided mindfulness, breathwork, sound therapy, light based therapies, and supportive coaching to address the interconnected relationship between mental health, physical energy, and spiritual wellbeing.

Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, this work emphasizes regulation, awareness, and sustainable lifestyle shifts that support long term vitality. Clients are guided with compassion, clinical insight, and a trauma informed perspective, allowing the body and mind to move out of survival mode and into a state more conducive to clarity, renewal, and sustained energy.This therapy is especially supportive for individuals experiencing chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or diminished vitality related to prolonged stress. It is also well suited for those seeking greater presence, energy, and balance across all stages of life. Nutritional Coaching

With over 15 years of experience in holistic health, nutrition, and wellness coaching, Jessica Schneider brings a deeply integrative approach to nutritional counseling—one that recognizes the profound connection between food, emotional well-being, energy, and long-term vitality.

Through her work with Nourished 4 Life, Jessica guided both individuals and groups in transforming their relationship with food and restoring balance through sustainable lifestyle change.

Her approach goes beyond dieting or restrictive wellness trends. Drawing from years of experience helping clients move away from the Standard American Diet, Jessica focuses on education, behavioral change, and mindful nourishment to support both physical and mental wellness. Alongside her extensive background in nutrition, she also has clinical experience in herbology, incorporating plant-based and holistic wellness principles to support the body’s natural healing processes. She helps clients better understand how nutrition impacts inflammation, mood, energy, cognitive clarity, digestion, and overall vitality.


Jessica’s coaching emphasizes practical, realistic strategies designed to create lasting change rather than temporary results. Through individualized guidance and supportive group work, she empowers clients to reconnect with their bodies, develop healthier patterns, and cultivate a more intentional and balanced approach to eating and self-care.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular activity. This therapy aims to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve overall skin health by enhancing cellular function and energy production.

Benefits:
Accelerates Wound Healing and Tissue Repair: Studies have shown that RLT can significantly speed up the healing process of wounds and injuries by stimulating cellular regeneration and increasing blood flow to the affected area (Hopkins et al., 2004).

Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing

The Sound Bed therapy uses vibrational frequencies and sound waves to create a deeply relaxing and healing experience. By lying on a sound bed, clients are enveloped in therapeutic sounds and vibrations that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Benefits of Vibration:
Deep Relaxation and Stress Reduction: The vibrations and sounds from the sound bed promote a state of deep relaxation, significantly reducing stress and anxiety (Goldsby et al., 2017).
